Monster High OC Tutorial

This was mutiply requested and here it is!
Alot of people asked me how to make there OC's look realistic on Paint, So hope this helps.
A few Things you should Know:
Make sure you have a reasonable knowlege of Paint and what tools do what and how it works, It will make the tutorial way easier.
